Dr. Victoria Roeder

Dr. Roeder was born and raised in Campbell Hall, a small town in Orange County, NY. She is the fourth oldest of 10 children.

Dr. Roeder graduated from SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in May of 1993. After completing a one year advanced education in general dentistry residency with the United States Air Force at Wright Patterson AFB in Ohio, she served 2 years as a captain at the dental clinic on McGuire AFB in New Jersey.

In 1996, she returned to upstate NY where she became the chief resident during a 2 year pediatric dentistry residency at Children's Hospital in Buffalo. She worked as an associate in a pediatric dental practice and served as the staff dentist at Children's Specialized Hospital in Toms River, NJ for 10 years before opening Growing Smiles.

Dr. Roeder truly enjoys her profession and feels blessed to be able to care for children by providing a service that can make such a large impact on a child's growth and development.

She lives in Cream Ridge with her husband, Arthur and their rescue dogs. When not at her office, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening and flying with her husband.


Lucy Mannino, RDH

Lucy is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has worked in pediatric dentistry since 1979 and has been at Growing Smiles since April of 2004.

Her family includes her husband, Rich and their 3 grown children.

In her spare time, Lucy enjoys taking kickboxing and yoga classes, as well as ballroom dancing with her husband.

As a recent breast cancer survivor, Lucy is passionate about any event that focuses on "finding the cure." Her philosophy is based on the "mind-body-spirit" connection and treating each day as the gift that it is!


 


Sandy Szymanski, Office Manager

Sandy has been working with Growing Smiles since April of 2003. She is the Office Manager responsible for insurance claims, financial arrangements and the office financial books, as well as scheduling appointments.

She loves being able to watch the young patients grow and change over the years. Sandy enjoys helping families with any insurance or financial arrangement issues they may have.

Her family includes her husband, Tom and their 3 rescue dogs.

She enjoys being outdoors with her dogs and gardening. She also enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.


Rosa DePinto, RDA

Rosa is a NJ Registered Dental Assistant and has been part of the Growing Smiles team since April of 2006.

Rosa entered into the pediatric dental field wanting to help children in need. She finds it the most rewarding feeling when she can explain everything to an apprehensive child in terms that they can understand, and they have a wonderful visit leaving happy and proud of themselves.

In her spare time, Rosa loves to spend time with her husband trying new recipes since she loves to cook. She also enjoy Sunday dinners with her large family and quality time with her nieces and nephews.


Shealeen Chiste, CDA

Shealeen, whom everyone refers to as Shea, has been with the Growing Smiles Team since May of 2006. She started as the receptionist, went to school for medical assisting and since she enjoyed the dental field she went to school for her CDA.

She and her husband, Ryan, married in September of 2010 and welcomed their first child, Jacob Peter Chiste on June 2, 2012.

Shea enjoys working with children and the wonderful team at Growing Smiles.


Tracy Taylor, Receptionist

Tracy has been working with Growing Smiles since May of 2012 and is new to the dental field.

Since she is the receptionist, Tracy is always there to greet patients when they first enter the office. She schedules appointments, provides courtesy calls and sends out appointment reminders to patients.

Tracy finds the pediatric dentistry field very rewarding. She enjoys greeting the patients and their families. For Tracy it's a great experience and a good way to get to know the young patients.

Her family includes her husband, son, their cat and latest additions, 2 dogs.

When she is not at work, Tracy enjoys being outdoors. She likes walking, bike riding and camping with her family.
